Transmission repair needed

Am looking for a good transmission repair shop in the Yakima area. My 2011 1500 Silveraldo is beginning to slip and clunk. Any help would be apprecisted.

Have you ever serviced it, ie new fluid/filter, how many miles?

Has 64000 on it. I've put 25000 and haven't done anything. Maintenance prior to my ownership is unknown.

Shouldn’t be failing at this mileage unless abused, what does the fluid look and smell like?
